    My Xbox one Controller replacment is broken


    I have sent my Xbox one S Contoller in twice now and both times I have received faulty replacements. This one I have has a left stick drift, when I tried filing for another replacement I was met with '' the warranty has expired'' which isn't correct because
    I received that controller on the 30th of June and now today 20th of July it is faulty.

    Could someone please help I don't understand why I'm getting faulty replacment controllers, the first Controller was barely 4 months old before it malfunctioned (audio jack). I have been with Xbox for years and have never asked for a replacement but now
    I have these controllers that are coming faulty not even a month after I get them.

    Maybe you have to buy a new one unless you have a warranty on the controller or one time i had a old broken controller and i replace the part with broken one

    If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.
    I literally just got the controller. I cant afford that crap, whyd they send out a broken controller to replace a broken controller?

    Cannot hear voices through headset

    Just an FYI, My problem was a broken headset port on Day One Controller. Tried a friends controller works fine. Microsoft will not guarantee a Day One Controller replacement.. Nice Job MS.
