my xbox one controller is broken how can i fix it?

Troubleshoot your Xbox One wireless controller. When you click on the blue hyperlink, it should take you to our controller troubleshooting page which will have some helpful tips on how to fix the controller.

Another step you can take is trying a wired connection with the controller using a Micro USB cable. That will show if it still says the controller is having trouble staying connected. It shouldn't say it is dying at least. If it still says it is dying it
could be that the controller may need a repair.

For any device issues, I would recommend contacting Customer Support for
further assistance or visit the Device Services and Repair Site.

Couldn`t because the xbox controller batteries will die several times

You may want to test out different batteries as well, in hopes that those batteries you have were dead on arrival.
