My Xbox one controller has gone hay wire. (Mod Removed-Profanity)

Hey there fourstar thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us.

We actually suggest a reset of the console (we understand the issue is on the controller so we suggest hardwiring the controller in) but this will clear up any corrupt data plus push through any updates needed on the controllers drivers.

If you're unable to get to the dashboard at all to do the factory reset you need to access the Troubleshoot screen by using these steps :

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
   
5. Continue holding the BIND and
   EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and
   EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Sorry to hear that your controller is playing up.

I had an issue with mine a few weeks where it was do weird stuff and moving by itself.

Turns out my son had dropped it and the bumper button was stuck.

Check if any of the buttons are stuc.

The same thing has been happening to me I think Microsoft and there enforcement team is doing a
[Mod Removed – Profanity] job they need to get with the times it's a free country but these little
[Mod Removed – Profanity] people on xbox and at Microsoft is trying to control what we can and cant do which is
[Mod Removed – Profanity] also xbox players 85% gotta
[Mod Removed – Profanity] and cry like little babys and report someone for something
[Mod Removed – Profanity] l. I think Microsoft and xbox needs to grow up and get rid of all this enforcement

[Mod Removed-Profanity] Xbox.com my multiplayer says block and will not
