my Xbox One controller buttons don't work

Have you tried to check the controller test on the Xbox Accessories App?

Press the Xbox Guide Button > Settings > Devices & Connections > Controllers & Headsets > Enter Test Mode (Click on the Conical/Lab Flask Icon beside the three dots ...).

See if any button is being pressed on its own.

If it's damaged, you can send it for repairs.

Thanks! you also thank you for your reply, but i did try this option as well and there was no success unfortunately.

Problem solved, the plastic part under the buttons was torn and moved I think.
