And it doesn’t give me any warranty options (it does tell my the warranty period and when it ends though). The warranty period ends pretty soon so I’d appreciate some help.

Contact xbox support i'm sure they'll honor the warranty for a bit longer considering the current world situation

cant register xbox one controller i made from xbox design lab?

I dont think you can register them. I found this

Due to the customized nature of the controller, please note that non-defective product returns are not accepted. See warranty information

I think you have the standard warranty if anything happens

    Controller drift.

I registered my xbox. But that does nothing for me when my "warranty" on my controller is already past? How are you helping? Is this just an auto response?

Xbox series x rapidly scrolling up and down in menu and games

Hi. My name is Brilliant, an independent advisor, happy to assist you today.

What you're experiencing is called stick drift. This is when a controller's joystick no longer responds accurately to your input or when they move, or drift, on screen without touching it.

I advise you get your controller serviced. If you've registered your device, sign in at Device services to see the device's warranty status. If it's within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you'll be charged a repair fee.

If you haven't yet registered your device, follow the steps here: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/register-your-product

For more details on getting your Xbox device serviced, kindly visit: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/getting-your-product-serviced

I hope this helps resolve your query.
