    Hello RalphCampbell II,

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your external hard drive being detected by your Xbox One. To troubleshoot this, please visit this page:

    I hope this helps.

Xbox app in pc does not detect games after reinstall

I did not reinstall windows but I clone my C drive files from old ssd to new ssd.

After using the new ssd for a few month, I decided it was time to free my old ssd so I formatted it. After that I need to reinstall the windows store and xbox app.

XSX and XB1 not reading (Seagate) external SSD after June 22 update?

Just so I can understand this right: When your consoles are connected to the internet they read your SSD right away, but if they're not connected it takes a long time for them to read it?

This is weird. And to be honest I would suggest you to format it if it was an easy step to do. But if you have 2.3TB of games, I think it would be better to not do it right now. And even because if this was a SSD issue, all your consoles would not read it or take too long to read it.

    Ssd And earphones

    Hey vFrrost,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you are still unable to use both your SSD and wireless headset with your console but other devices seem to work just fine. Are you able to use the headset while the SSD isn't plugged in? If so, formatting the SSD
on a PC might be a viable option. Be sure to test out all the USB ports in the console to narrow this down as much as possible. Hope to hear back from you soon! :D
    No they don't work.

The ssd is formatted for Xbox as it's a Xbox brand one that alredy had data on it.

The ssd and earphones have power when in all 3 ports but it want asign the headset or read the Ssd.
