My xbox one console says error code 1 when I try to play multi-player on BATTLEFIELD 1...

I recently purchased the physic version of Battlefield 3 on Xbox One. There are two discs, one for the multiplayer (CD 1), the other for single player (CD 2).

The only disc which worked properly was the CD 1 (so the multi one)... But this disc installed the single player game, and when I try to insert the CD 2 (the one with the inscription "single player / campaign"), there is an error message ("impossible to
read this disc", or something like that).

If I intend to play multiplayer or coop, a message appears, saying that my account is not connected to something called "Battlefeed"...

So I visit the EA website, I log in with my xbox account, it works well. I go in the "code" section, and I enter the code which is written on a paper in the box of the game (25 characters). It doesn't work.

There, I ask the support, and they say "we don't have the tools to fix this problem, contact xbox support".

So, here I am. Any solutions ?

Any word on this? I'm getting the same error code when I try to play Battlefield 1.

I have also played battlefield 1 for a week now and my reputation on the website says good player but the console still shows avoid me.

Hello, I'm not the thread-opener but i have the same issue when trying to redeem the Battlefield V-Code from my Xbox One X-Bundle i've received today. There is a detail that may helpful for resolving this issue: On the BF V-Codecard are two other codes:
One for Battlefield 1 Revolution + Battlefield 1943 and one for 1 month EA-Access. These both code have worked fine, i mean i've redeemed both without errors. Only the Battlefield V-code does not work.

The links you have send are not useful in my case. The message i've got when i try to redeem the code isn't listed in these documents.

Please read the thread-opening message again, especially the error message "Read the instructions enclosed with your code. You may need to redeem it on another website." or in german "Lesen Sie die Ihrem Code beiliegenden Anweisungen. Möglicherweise müssen

why don't XDbox say to manufactures when it says 1-2 players that the game should allow 2 players on one game on one console to play the game together....mmmm let me think Playstation allowed you to on PSone. I think it is fustrating that you have to play
on 2 consoles even though it says 1-2 players this is confusing and infuriating so come on Microsoft sort this out as all the games I have are only allowing 1 player to play it your machines should be capable of allowing 2 players to play a campaign on one
console.
