hi Daft Badger,

yes this is the problem i didn't change the region from one to one, the region is set to United States and my account linked to my Bank of America since 2001 and i buy games and pre-order games since that time, we move between Kuwait and United States, I
am Kuwaiti and my wife American and i have Xbox here in Kuwait and in United States, I don't think so this is the problem because this is what i do for since 2006 and I use my Xbox console for 15 years this is the first time the console got banned

Unfortunately that is against the ToU/CoC.

Like I said,an email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining why your console was banned.

Just because you've been doing this from 2006 doesn't make it ok.

forums.xbox.com/.../4269.aspx in the support forums where someone from Microsoft support will see your post.

This forum really isn't the place & you shouldn't have been told to post here.

Daft Badger yes you right i know that but is that mean i can't use Xbox live? no i don't think

the whole world using Xbox One even if they country not on list

i bought my first Xbox and i still have it and working fine i have Xbox 360 too and now Xbox one,, Never i got banned or blocked for that reason (Kuwait not on list)

Xbox just like any other console companies never use that rules for customers

what do you mean not supported country! i am xbox user since the first Xbox console

i connect to xbox one normally from Kuwait my home internet, all kuwaiti user using xbox live normally

Kuwait is not a xbox live supported country.

How are you connecting to live?
