My Xbox One console got banned!

Good day,

I was playing FIFA 16 game and i got disconnected from game server, I tried to connect again but the i got message to check my network so i closed the game and run it again and i got message from Xbox is the console has been banned.

i tried to run 3 more games but the same thing,, so i tried to switch to my second account but the same thing i can't run any games on my Xbox One and i got message that the xbox has been banned.

I called the support and he told me to go to enforcement.xbox.com ,i did and everything fine there i have no banned message or something like that and my profile is "Congratulations! You have a perfect record" as they wrote there.

we tried to restart the xbox one many times and we change the internet provider too but the same the xbox one has been banned

So he told me to open new post and check with " Xbox Hardware Live Services Forum".

what should i do now? and how to fix that issue?

my xbox got banned

My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

 

xbox one console banned accediantially...

i get accidentally banned from my xbox one live.and i didnt got any message from xbox one live about console banned even i check my enforcement action my recoreds are perfect ....plz help me

There's nothing anyone here can do,we are just regular gamers.

All you can do is log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/Home to see any enforcement action on your account or read the email sent to the address linked to your account.

The only time I've heard of a xbox one console ban is if more than one account on that console has had several bans/suspensions & then they temporarily ban the console for 30 days.

yes this is what the support told me, to go to enforcement.xbox.com/Home and my account not banned and nothing wrong with my account. also the support said nothing with your account, they told me to post in forum to get help from "Xbox Hardware Live Services".

i called the support by phone to and the same thing they said nothing wrong with my account really strange,, this what he said. than he told me to post in forum here.

i really don't know what to do i went to support chat before couple of hours they said post in forum!!

i am not forums user i am just facing a problem and i called microsoft support and it's really strange to get help from forums! this is Microsoft how to help users in forums!

 

And yes we used more than 1 account on my xbox, is there any problem with that? all my family using this xbox it's on living room and i use it my brother my sister my father watching TV I stream in twitch, Xbox One console is a family console i don't think
so Microsoft banning the console for that reason.

 

Phone/chat support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so that's why they tell you to post on the forums.

You can have as many accounts on your console as you want,it won't get banned for that.

If more than one of the accounts has been suspended several times then the console could be banned.

I'd have a chat with the other people who use that console to see if they have had any enforcement action on their accounts.

Whoever told you to post in this actual forum was wrong to do so.

i see.. but no one of my family account has been banned or suspended, not for even 1 time

really strange, i don't know what to do now

 

Well all I can do is ask an official Microsoft support staff member to have a look for you & they will let me know what is going on.

It may take a few days.

You don't just get console banned without good reason.

Did you buy the console brand new or pre-owned?

i bought this Xbox One in Kuwait, from games store it's not Microsoft store, And the is Xbox One Day-1

 

Ah,that may be the issue.

Kuwait is not a xbox live supported country.

How are you connecting to live?

 

what do you mean not supported country! i am xbox user since the first Xbox console

i connect to xbox one normally from Kuwait my home internet, all kuwaiti user using xbox live normally

 

Xbox live is not officially supported in Kuwait.

A list of country's supported by xbox live can be found here
www.xbox.com/.../countries & as you can see Kuwait is not on there.

So you must be connecting to xbox live from another country.

 

Daft Badger yes you right i know that but is that mean i can't use Xbox live? no i don't think

the whole world using Xbox One even if they country not on list

i bought my first Xbox and i still have it and working fine i have Xbox 360 too and now Xbox one,, Never i got banned or blocked for that reason (Kuwait not on list)

Xbox just like any other console companies never use that rules for customers

 

Actually they do,it's classed as marketplace theft & people get banned quite a lot for it.

It is against the ToU/CoC to change your region to one that isn't actually yours to access live & other regions marketplaces which is something you must do in order to access live as it isn't supported in your country.
