    My xbox one console got banned


    my xbox one got banned, I was in military training and did not used it, when I got back home i wanted to play and it said that I got banned from xbox live, but I dont have any case in renfocement of xbox or any message from xbox service. So I need explanation
    why its happening

    My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

    Daft Badger yes you right i know that but is that mean i can't use Xbox live? no i don't think

    the whole world using Xbox One even if they country not on list

    i bought my first Xbox and i still have it and working fine i have Xbox 360 too and now Xbox one,, Never i got banned or blocked for that reason (Kuwait not on list)

    Xbox just like any other console companies never use that rules for customers
