    I have a bad problem after i uptade my xbox one it getting overheating and get slow and when i play agame it stop what i have to do and if anyone will tell me that restore the xbox one factory setting i do everything

    You could try a soft reset of the console. To do a soft reset just go Settings, All settings, System, Console info, Reset keeping games and app. If that doesn't work. You would want to do a full reset by following the same steps only this time you don't
    keep games and apps. You will have to redownload all your games unless they're on an external HD

    Everything is slow?

    Don't forget, the Xbox is an all-in-one entertainment console that does many things at once. It's possible it can get hung up closing apps and will cause the console to slow down. Now, this is purely speculation...and I'm not trying to justify the slowness,
    I'm just trying to rationalize the possibility. Anyway, I'm hoping that this gets fixed.

    The problem I'm having with my console is as soon as something is downloaded from the queue, there is like 5-10 seconds where my cursor won't move and the interface freezes up.
