For some reason, my xbox box one does not work. None of the games show up and instead it's just the background. It takes at least 10 minutes to sign into my account (no exaggeration). I logged in now and it says I need to update but it won't let me update.
I choose "check network connection" and then I choose my network and start typing in the password. Then it comes up saying I have an update. And it gets stuck in that loop. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Game not loading - At all

Do a hard reset of your console and that should fix it. If it does not fix it then I would call Xbox Support.

Sorry to hear about the noise issue! Do you hear the noise coming from the Xbox One console or the power supply? Let's try a power so that we can drain the power and clear the system cache on your Xbox One console. Follow the steps below to power cycle your
Xbox One console!

Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.

Post back and let us know where the noise is coming from or if the power cycle helped!

See if doing a hard reset EXACTLY like this will help this situation. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back
in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.

Some people does not understand that many players does not have big villas where they have room for every console! I do not want 2 or 3 or 6 consoles in my living room sitting under TV! I want therfe ONE BOX! And I want use my games what I already bought!
I understand and I accept that I can't use and play physical game discs on new console! So I can go and sell them! BUT I am not agree with that part that I can't use games what I bought over Xbox Live Marketplace! This is not acceptable! If you are not allow
me use same games on new console, then buy them back from me, or let them sell to another user who wants to keep Xbox 360!

Which console I buy november 2013? I do not know yet. I was loyal Xbox user. But there is so many questions and Microsoft refusing to give clear answers. So at the moment I am sitting and waiting, will my new console be PS4 or Xbox One?! All that depends
which one is convenient to use for family. Certainly, I am not going to pay double for game if me or my kids want use it witm my living room console and kids bedroom console.

That certainly shouldn't be happening as even the launch model Xbox One has all the correct hardware to run Xbox One new releases. I would suggest putting a call into MS Technical Support, it is likely something simple but they may have a more in-depth
knowledge base on this specific issue and how to correct it.
