    Hello everyone! My Xbox One Console and games Work but none of my Xbox 360 games will not work at all even though they are all compatible and every time I try a disc a message keeps popping up saying that I do not own the disc, please can someone please
    help me to why this has happened? Is it to do with the lens or something because I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on. I tried one game but got lucky to even play it but now each day it still does not work, that message is the only thing
    that keeps popping up all the time only for the xbox 360 games. I have made sure that the discs are clean because I always look after them. PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY I'D BE FOREVER GRATEFUL!

    360 Game Discs Not Working On Xbox One

    Hi, I know this is an old post but was looking up on 360 game discs not working on Xbox 1 as I have a similar issue at moment.

    No 360 game discs work at all on my Xbox 1, I do not get a noise though.

    All Xbox one game discs and blue ray work with no problems at all just can’t get backward compatible game discs to work.

    I have tried on a friends console and they work but not on mine. Strange as all other Xbox one games work fine & no other problems with console. maybe a fault somewhere after an update as they worked before up until 2 months ago now none work. Game discs
    not scratched and been checked & made sure clean.

    Any help please?

    Mass Effect Platinum Edition / Gears of War Triple pack not working

    None of the 4 discs work (Mass Effect game + DLC, Gears of War 1 & 2).

    All of them open the Blu-ray player telling me to put them on a Xbox 360 console. All discs work normally on the 360 and have no scratches. LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean works normally on the Xbox One, so the drive is not to blame.

    I already filled the survey and was contacted long ago, but had no news afterwards.

    Any suggestions? I really want to finish Mass Effect on my Xbox One as the 360 is now at my mom's house.

    As I read a comment how BC work - you insert your 360 disk in X1 and the game should turn up as ready to install in Games & Apps - if a BC game.

    There you have to download it in full.

    I've don it once only, and it worked like that.

    This happens to my son all the time with his 360 Lego games.

    Power cycle the console (hold the power button down for 10 seconds and reboot the console), Try the disc again.

    This happens to my son all the time with his 360 Lego games.

    All Xbox 360 games work on all Xbox 360s, some of them work on Xbox One and Series

    All Xbox One games work on all Xbox Ones, some 360 games work on Xbox One and virtually all of them work on Series consoles

    Xbox Series games only work on series consoles

    Hi, I know this is an old post but was looking up on 360 game discs not working on Xbox 1 as I have a similar issue at moment.

    My xbox won't play 360 disks that a backwards compatible.

    I have done a lot of troubleshooting including using several other discs that work on my 360 fine.

    I have restarted the console I have factory reset the console I have cleaned the discs I have tried regional trouble shooting. Everything but xbox 360 games work fine.

    I have a lot of backwards compatibility Xbox 360 games and none of them play on my Xbox one X but if I put in a normal xbox one or dvd it works fine.

    I have exhausted all my options for trouble shooting including changing the power mode
