    My Xbox One connects to the internet and pass all the tests, but does not connect to Live.


    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Brasil, Rio de Janeiro, RJ

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number: DLink DIR-655

    How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 1

    Wired or wireless (for each console): wireless

    Things you have tried: wired to router and directly to modem (it works directly on modem)

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Yes, and I also have DMZ fox Xbox One

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No Errors, I pass al the tests. NAT Open

    Any Error Codes you encounter: No... It just does not connect to Xbox Live, although it says my connection is perfect

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): NET

    Please help, randomly disconnect from xbox live.

    Okay so I guess awhile back now my connection was fine in every way. I never lagged unless something was being downloaded and i could always connect to live. but now my xbox likes to randomly disconnect me from live and not let me connect for 15 minutes
    or more, then i can connect to live after awhile, that is until it randomly disconnects me again. It is not my internet or router or modem because when i go to test my connection it says that i can connect to my router and my router can connect to the internet
    but the internet cant connect to live. so what does that mean, cause i know its not my internet or the xbox live servers being down, its just my xbox that randomly disconnects from live whenever it feels like it for 15 minutes or so. and again i can connect
    to my router and my router can connect to internet but internet cant connect to live when i test connection!

    Can't connect to the Xbox Internet

    When ever I try go online it connects to my router then I try to do the test it connects to the Davies family Internet (my family's Internet) then it it passes that then it says I can't connect to the Internet. My laptop can online but not my Xbox ?

    I tried phone support and after almost 40 minutes I just could not wait any longer. I also tried the CHAT, but nobody never answered...

    I am now trying the forum.

    BTW It has always worked with this setup I did not change the router, not the modem or provider.

    I am having the same problem. I can't play any games and most of the time my streaming services don't work either. I've contacted customer support but they are not trained to help those enrolled in the preview program. In hindsight I should have bought
    a playstation.

    i started having this issue yesterday evening. i can connect to the internet and the test says everything is good, but my live profile icon wont load, when i try to run an app it wont boot up and when i go to play a game it says i don't have a connection...

    Trouble connecting to Xbox Live

    Well, my connection is fine, it seems my xbox is the only one that doesnt connect to xbox live. When I test my connection on my xbox it does the first two stages fine, but when it starts to complete the third stage from the internet to xbox live it says
    there is a problem with my connection.
