I have encountered an issue with my connection

Two days ago I resubscribed to Xbox live

Just today I was able to play Halo 5 online, but after I shut it off and turned it back on again it said on the side of the home screen "Connect to Xbox live" as if I had never used it before

I tried turning the console on and off again, but it still would not work

When it told me it could not acquire my online data, I clicked "try again" and it started spazing out erratically

New xbox one issues with connecting to xbox live.

My Xbox one was working perfectly until my xbox live stopped I already renewed xbox live serveral days ago and now it's not working

 

Can't use Xbox Live, even though it says it is connected

I just brought my Xbox home from college and it suddenly has stopped working properly, in regards to Xbox Live. I connected it to my home wifi and it seemed to be working all right that night, as in I could play my online games and such. However, the very
next day it stopped working. When I try to play an online game, use Netflix, or Youtube, it keeps telling me that I should mark it as my home Xbox the next time I'm online. It also acts like I am not connected to online, even though I have repeatedly tested
the internet connection and multiplayer connection, and each time it says that the connection is fine. This is really quite annoying, as I just want to play my games. Is there a way to fix this, or should I send it in to be repaired?

Once done, sign back in to your gamer profile, and let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.
