    My Xbox One communication was suspended and supposed to be reinstated by tonight, but it did not happen. I am unable to communicate with friends. Any suggestions?

    Hi you guys suspended my communications on my account until Nov 11th. Can i get my communications back? Xbox one is kind of pointless if I can't talk to my Xbox friends. Thank you

    XBOX One Stereo Headset - Can't hear chat

    I was suspended for one day via Communication 11/4/15 my suspension was uplift on 11/5/15 I am now having Communication issues it seems like it's my headset wire but Xbox live customer service said its from my suspension. How can I fix this issue?

    Also Xbox isnt the only one who has the "your account is your own responsibility" stance when it comes to these kind of things.

    They have the same thing on PSN and PC gaming as well.

    As stated previously it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer. Whether you have been an Xbox customer for 1 day or 10 years it doesnt make you or anyone else except from the rules. No one gets special treatment
