My xbox one can't find any networks at all but it says that it is connected to the internet.

We are having problems finding our wifi network, nothing is showing up on the list, and when i do a test for netowrk it tells me that the console is connected to the internet. But i still can't connect to xbox live!!!

Hello Anders,

Sorry for the issue with connecting. You can clear the alt mac address: go to settings>network>network settings>adv. settings>alt mac address>clear and restart.

Try this and let us know. Easy way to do this too is go to system where you would go to settings, instead of going to settings select restart console.

So I did that, but now, when the Xbox is trying to setup it's not finding an internet connection. It says "can't connect to your DHCP server." I tried wired and it didn't work so I tried wireless and it's not finding a network. My phone, PC, and laptop all see the networks wirelessly and connects to them just fine. I am now stuck and can't set up my Xbox.

If I don't have the adapter plugged into the console, it can't find my wireless network. I just get a message saying "To use a wireless internet connection, connect an Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter to your console."

I don't even get that far. I turn on my Xbox and it says I'm disconnected and to try a connection test. So I run one of those and it says I'm connected to the network, the internet, and Live, yet I can't connect. I don't have any idea why I still can't even
after trying all the usual fixes. It's a real bummer too 'cause I can't access my game saves in the cloud.

I can't, it says that it's not connected to the internet. My xbox one is connected to the internet but when I try to play a 360 game on the xbox one it says that it can't connect to the internet.
