My Xbox One cannot register as a "Home Xbox"

Recently I've tried to change my Xbox One to my cousin's Home Xbox. After many failed attempts, I tried to set MY OWN "Home Xbox" as my personal Xbox One. This also did not work. Not only can I set my cousin's "Home Xbox" as my system, but I cannot even
set MY OWN to my system. Is there any way to possibly fix this issue, or possibly set my cousin's Home Xbox as my system?

P.S. I have NOT swapped my home xbox more than 3 times, I have only swapped it once. Now, I am unable to swap it at all. My cousin is able to swap his console to My Home Xbox on his own free will, but I am unable to do so.

Still cannot register my code. Same as i said in my first post goes to reg screen xbox one ps4 etc, then goes back to wolfenstein home page?

 

Child access to Xbox Live Gold account

This is not the case. My xbox is set up as my home console but my child cannot purchase games or extensions at the gold discounted price. I also cannot set up a gold account for my child with the current offer in Australia

What error message is displayed when you try to do this? If the error has anything to do with the three limit your only option is to contact support at the link below.
