I bought xbox one of the others, after play the game was banned. Inside the xbox one has 7 games digital but after I sign out of the account and can not get back, I only play 2 games and can not save the game. Can not I log in again?. i want save game to
play offline fifa 17.Can anyone help me?. thank.

No, if you are sold the Xbox one via a store and you did nothing wrong, you will not be banned. They broke the terms, not you. Xbox is not banning people playing early.Click to expand...

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

If the console is banned you can not sign into Live on that console.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

As stated, there is nothing that the community can do regarding a device ban and unfortunately, device bans are usually permanent, meaning that the ban is not able to be appealed or overturned. I would suggest reading this informative article regarding Xbox

You can log in on that website to see any enforcement actions on your account but if you are getting a message stating your console is banned from Xbox Live, then there is nothing you can do with that console anymore. As that is the case, we will now be

Adding your account would require Live network access, which a banned console does not have. You can not add your account to the Xbox.
