    My Xbox not working correctly

Ever since I updated my console my game play has gotten weird. Everytime I load a game it tells me that it is taking too long to load. As such I have to keep restarting the system and when it finally decides to work I onlget to play that game. Please fix
    this as soon as possible.

    :)

    Xbox not working correctly

    Hey Sean The Awe3som,

I would give the following a try:

If you can navigate through the Dash try to Reset the Console on there, as explained here: Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults
, select the option to "Keep your Games and apps".

If you can reach that and selected the option and the Dashboard goes just back to the previous screen, turn off the Xbox by holding the Xbox Button until it shuts off, unplug it for 2 mins from Power. replug and restart. It should start the Reset after that
    then.

If you cant navigate the Dash and get to that point or the reset wont start in the way above do the following:

    - Power off your console

    - Unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (Xbox One: located on the left side of the console, Xbox One S: located on the front below the power button) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    - On the Troubleshooter select "Reset" and when asked select the option to "Keep your Games and Apps".

In both cases make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before you do the Reset.

In most cases the Reset corrects issues like that.

Let us know if that helped or if you need additional help.

    My xbox don't work correctly

    Hi there,

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

If that doesn't fix anything you could consider trying a Factory Reset (with keeping games and apps installed) to see if that helps anything via the steps here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

If that also didn't fix anything the best option is to contact Xbox Support to see if they have any additional steps to try. You can contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat via
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Let us know the results

My wifi is not working correctly on my xbox.

Hello there @Topbattledoom, I hope everything is going well!

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I am sorry to know about the internet situation, but I want you not to worry about it because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh.
I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console to check if it's
    installing this time.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500
    (UDP).

In case the issue still persists after the previous steps have been performed here is the official link to all the network troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you.

The link: Troubleshoot your Xbox One network connection | Xbox Support

I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out! All the best!

    Kind Regards

    Stay safe, and happy gaming!

My pc is not working correctly

    Hello, KoaRathjen,

I hope you are doing well today. Welcome to the Xbox Community. Thank you for reaching out to Xbox Forums. You mention that when you play PC games, your laptop or desktop only recognizes the integrated GPU versus the dedicated Nvidia 2070 Super. I am happy to help and see if we can find a solution. Is this issue happening to all games that you play on Game Pass for PC? Below are some suggestions that could help with your problem.

    Solution 1:

Right-click on the game icon, select Run with graphics processor-> High-performance NVIDIA processor. It's for temporary usage.

    For permanent settings:

    Enter NVidia Control Panel

Click Manage 3D settings ->Tab Global settings->Preferred graphics processor -> Select Auto or High-performance NVidia processor.

Solution 2: How to Assign an Application to a GPU

To assign an application to a GPU, head to Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings.”

Select the application you want to configure. To select a game or traditional desktop application with an .exe file, select “Classic app” in the box, click the “Browse” button, and then locate the .exe file on your system. Most applications’ .exe files will probably be somewhere in one of your Program Files folders.

If you want to select a new-style Universal App, select “Universal App” in the box, select the application from the list, and then click the “Add” button. These apps are generally installed from the Microsoft Store and don’t have .exe files. They’re often called Universal Windows Platform or UWP apps

Any applications you add appear in a list on the Graphics Settings page. Select the application you’ve added, and then click the “Options” button.

Select whichever GPU you want. “System default” is the default GPU that’s used for all applications, “Power saving” refers to the low-power GPU (typically on-board video like Intel Graphics), and “High performance” refers to the high-power GPU (usually a discrete graphics card from someone like AMD or NVIDIA).

The precise GPUs used for each setting are displayed in the window here. If you just have a single GPU in your system, you’ll see the same GPU’s name under both the “Power saving GPU” and “High performance GPU” options.

Click “Save” when you’re done. If the game or application is currently running, you may need to restart it for your changes to take effect.
