    My Xbox not repair after to go at SAV


    I sent my Xbox one to the SAV by using my guarantee and having received him after two minutes of utlisation that this does not walk anymore impossible to download a game from its cd, disconnection every two seconds of WiFi and levers which disconnect alone
    without particular reason. I ask for more to obtain a guarantee console again and not only for accessories.

    Did you get close to the Kinect and say "get well soon sweetie" before you boxed it up? Only console I had break was my original Xbox where the disc drive wouldn't open,not a good feeling. Hope it works great when it's returned or Microsoft gives you a new one.

    Thanks Mr Fitzer but they don't want to change the rules for me...

    But when i contact the SAV the first time, the girl on the phone tells me that this kind of repair is totaly free for belgian customers... and the day after I received a call from the SAV to tell me that I can't use the free shipping label to send a hard
    drive because the free shipping label is reserved for the console problems like RROD or something else...
