My Xbox might have been hacked?

Hi,

around a month ago i had to change my password due to the current one being “incorrect” every time i tried to enter it. Then just two days ago the same issue happened. I had written the password down on a piece of paper to ensure it was correct and i could
not forget or incorrectly type it, yet every time i put it in it still said incorrect password. The same issue has just happened to me again today. After using three completely different very hard to guess passwords, i am still being logged out of my account
on all my devices and told my password is incorrect. I am unsure as to what to do and how to get in touch with microsoft so fix this issue, or to potentially move all my data onto another new account which wont have this issue.
