My xbox messages

Some of the last few console updates had a few things to do with messages and social updates, I believe. Regardless, bugs are natural so its all good.

Check online for service outages and restart your console or maybe try a soft reset. Don't do the "reset" unless you look up step by step how to safely do it. I figure if you jog the console a little bit the connectivity and service may catch up some times.

Do you get any error messages when you try to send a message through your xbox?

There is currently a
Service Alert Outage that may be affecting that part of our service.

In the meantime, I'd suggest performing a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

You would of been sent an email telling you why & how long you are suspended for or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

As for the other person,did you report them? You don't know whether they were suspended or will be suspended or not.

Can you check to see if messages are working via the Xbox app on Windows 10? Or maybe the Xbox app via Android or iOS? As the error says "Try again later." it might be a temporary issue with the website. If you're messages are still on your account, they
should resolve that on the website sometime.
