Every time i try to invite someone to my party or even when i try to play online it says i need to buy gold. But The thing is I HAVE GOLD! Plz Help

Hi there, KGK KIXX. It's not advised that you use a pre-paid credit / debit card when purchasing a Gold subscription on the LIVE service. When you purchase a subscription with any form of credit / debit card the automatic renewal feature is activated, this
means that at the end of each month your Gold status will continue to renew and your payment method will be charged. Seeing as you only had a set amount on the pre-paid credit card you no longer have any further funds to pay for the current month which has
renewed. Your account is currently suspended from the LIVE service until you are able to pay off the debt.

If you're having trouble adding a payment method via the console, try xbox.com and if that doesn't work sign into
www.billing.microsoft.com. Once you have the payment option added the charge can be paid and your suspension will be lifted.
