I bought xbox live and I tried to play fortnite but it says I don't have the right permission to play online on any game

my xbox won't work ;-;

Me and my friend were at my house, and we moved the xbox into my room, and when he left and I moved it back, I plugged in all the things and I turn on my xbox and my tv and my tv says no signal, I've tried changing outlets and stuff but it does nothing.

Pls help, thanks!

Sometimes when people purchase Xbox Live Gold, the console itself does not immediately “recognize” that your account now has an active Gold subscription.

This can usually be fixed by giving your Xbox a
power cycle, which should clear and refresh the system cache. Give that a try and see if it helps.

I'm in the uk and my Xbox live won't even connect, it was working yesterday and everything else in the house is working so why not the Xbox one

The Internet at my house won't connect to xbox live know matter how many times I reset my router, so it won't let me download a profile and installing it manually won't work either.

I'm having this issue as well, my tv in my living room works fine but my tv in my bedroom won't work with my xbox one. i've plugged my laptop and my cable tv hdmi into the tv in the bedroom and it works fine but when i try my xbox it doesn't work. However
it works in my living room.
