MY Xbox live won't Le me play online even though I brought a subscription yeasterday!!

I brought a 12 month member ship yeasterday day but when I tried to go online it said that I need to buy a Xbox live member ship even though I've already got one??. I've tried restarting Xbox deleting account, clearing MAC address, etc. but it still won't
work. I'm thinking of getting a refund and trying to buy It again. If any one can help I would really appreciate it. Thx

Xbox live

Hi everyone, I have an issue with my Xbox one, it shows all my friends on line but won't let me play online saying I need Xbox live subscription. My subscription was renewed last month and is paid up till April 2016, I also just brought a months live code
and it won't work both on Xbox and on xbox live website. Is there a problem with my Xbox or is this something others are having an issue with or can someone from Microsoft get in touch and help??

I can't play online but I own XBL Gold

I'm having problems playing online even though I own Xbox Live Gold.

I used a 3 Month Xbox Live Membership card and it says my Xbox Live Membership expires 11/16/17 but it won't let me play online, I've tried power cycling and that didn't work.

Were you billed for it, check this link to double confirm - Xbox Subscription | Check Purchase History

Also, is this happening only with overwatch or other games as well? You might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game if the problem is game specific.

Also it seems that even though I was told that my xbox live gold subscription was cancelled I am still able to enjoy playing online...

When i go online it shows a Page of thé Xbox gamepass subscription and thé Xbox live Gold even though i got gamepass through home Xbox, i would just play with that account but my younger brother uses it to play on his Xbox and for him it's working to play online it's just for me through home Xbox that it isn't working.

May I know if the game was purchased on your Microsoft account or your mom's Microsoft account? Would you please double check that the game was purchased on the same Microsoft account that you are using on your console? Please confirm that the purchase is showing on your Microsoft account order history page (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders).

Having the same issue. Go to play Titanfall on my Xbox One, says I need a gold subscription. When I go to sign in on my 360, it kicks me off of Xbox Live even though I can fully connect when I test my connection. It makes no sense, especially when it says
online I still have a subscription. I hope this is fixed quick.
