i was in the middle of a cod ww2 game and i lagged out of the party and a message popped up on my screen saying you have been suspended for cheating. i was not cheating, in fact i dont even know how to cheat on xbox. please restore my privileges, thank you!

Can’t lodge case review

have been unfairly suspended from messaging in Xbox Live after reporting inappropriate message from someone else and can’t lodge a case review.

You can appeal the enforcement action if you believe that you were suspended unfairly.

If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him. Retaliating is no use as it can get you suspended as well
