My Xbox Live Tenure on Xbox One and Windows 10 Xbox App is missing.

Hello,

Since this past Tuesday (08/18/2015) my Xbox Live Tenure on Xbox One and on the Windows 10 Xbox App is missing and I wanted to know if I could receive help with this problem.

To note, my Xbox Live Gold subscription has not expired and wont until early 2017 and I renewed it late last year. My tenure still shows up on the Xbox 360 version of my Xbox live profile. Everything else if fine with my Xbox Live profile, such as online
play, games with gold, etc. And finally my Xbox live tenure does go up around this time of the year, I believe it is on the 22nd of August it should go up by a year( For my profile it will go from an 8 to a 9). My thought is that this might be the cause of
the problem.

Also want to point out that I did have a problem last year with my tenure updating on the 360 and not on the One. However that was fixed by just letting update after a week or two.

Just wanted to see if I could get a little help with this problem. Thank you for reading

Tenure missing on Xbox One profile and Xbox app on Windows 10

I have been having an issue for some time now where my tenure has come up missing from my Xbox One profile and the Xbox App on Windows 10. The only place my tenure shows is on my 360 profile. Wondering what steps I should take to get this issue rectified.

But its missing on the xbox one.



Have tenure icons been removed from xbox one?
