My Xbox Live Tenure of 7+ years isn't showing up on Xbox One/ Windows 10 app

Recently I have noticed my tenure appearing and disappearing from my profile page on Xbox one and the Windows 10 Xbox app. Also when I try to access the Enforcement united page it's telling me I can't "enforce," due to a lack of tenure on Xbox Live. Not
sure if this pertains to it as well but I changed my gamertag about three weeks ago and the tenure vanished about a week ago. There have been no gaps in my Xbox Live gold, so I pretty sure that isn't a problem. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

tenure wrong on xbox one, right on xbox 360

The tenure on my live account is showing as 7 years on my xbox one, but on my 360 is showing correctly as 8 years. Any reason why?

I've been on xbox LIVE for almost 8 years and recently I have noticed my xbox live tenure is glitching out.

What I mean is It always says 7 years on xbox 360 but, When im on the xbox one. 1 hour it will say 7 and if I play a game it will show nothing. and If I go to xbox.com and go to xbox app on windows 10, it will say 7 tenure.

also if I play backwards compatible game it will go to a 0 tenure and wont show anything can you guys please fix this! thank you very much.+

Yeah, changing your GT definitely won't affect it at all. I've done a bit of digging through some old threads, and can see that going to Silver can put the tenure on hold, and remove it from your profile, and once you renew your sub, it can take up to 30days
to refresh and show on your profile. So I know you haven't gone to silver, but perhaps the changing of GT has had a similar effect, and you may need to wait a bit before it refreshes?

Well apparently now my xbox live rewards isnt showing my tenure either so now im down to a 3% rebate instead of the 5 star 10% rebate. What is going on?! This is more frustrating that not.

Has it been a month since you changed your GT? As it can take a month for it to refresh from everythign I have read

 

It has not been a month from when I changed my gt. This didnt happen before when i changed my gt either, but I too read that it could take up to 31 days...

 

Yeah its definitely strange, but we'll wait for that 31 days as that is what the support crew will most likely suggest, and if it still isn't working then I'll leave it for one of them to come to the rescue
