My Xbox Live Tenure isn't showing up?

My xbox acc tenure 4 yrs in the corner isn't showing up please help I've tried fixing it , I've had gold for four years but won't show

On my other account my tenure isn't showing up how do I fix that ? It's supposed to be a 4

If you used any 1-month cards it may have lapsed during your time on Xbox Live. There isn't a way to force your tenure to show correctly, but it should update to the correct tenure after some time so long as you keep your Xbox Live Gold subscription up to
date.

While what you are saying is partially true, it is not the whole truth.

If the Xbox Live Gold falls off the account, the tenure goes on pause. While in this state, it is reset to zero. If Xbox Live Gold is reinstated on the account, the tenure goes back to play. While in this state, it will recalculate and show up again from
where it left off.

This is where my problem comes in, my tenure isn't coming back. I have had Xbox Live since 2004, 8 of those years has been active (play mode) tenure while 2 of those years have been inactive (pause mode). These are rough estimations but I would like to
know when my tenure is going to come back if ever?

My tenure still not showing up on the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.
