    My xbox live Suspension


    I have recently been suspended from speaking in parties or messaging anyone for a week! I'm a loyal, valuable and paying customer to Microsoft and I'm being suspended? so I thought alright and got onto the help line and the guy I spoke to was really nice,
    chilled and helpful and he gave me a link to where I could file a case review so I did this but it said I could not apply for one so I had to fill in a questionnaire that included some of the most stupid questions and answers, anyway I completed this questionnaire
    and then finally it said I can file my case review but when I clicked on the green arrow it said "oops... you have found a glitch in the server, please try again" this infuriated me but I clicked try again and then it came up with another message saying "sorry,
    you've used up all your tries for the day" and that's when I started to really get angry as I stayed up until around 2:20 am to try and figure this out, so I got onto the help line again and they told me to file a case review which I have already tried and
    I told them that. then they asked me what browser I was using and I said safari as I was on my phone and they told me to use internet explorer but I couldn't as I didn't have access to the laptop as I was lay in bed, so I said ill contact you again in the
    morning. so this morning I got on to the help chat again and I explained my problems and once again they seemed very understanding and then they sent me here to post a forum so yeah, please somebody get back to me as its starting to take the miccy. if anybody

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
