    My xbox Live subscription has been debited twice


    Hi,

    I just checked my banking account and I noticed that my Xbox Live subscription (6 months - 59,99€) has been debited twice the 18th December 2017.

    How can I be refund of these second subscription ?

    Bank Account has been debitted twice for XBOX Live Gold subscription

    Not had this myself but as it's a billing issue you will need to phone support for your region as they are the only ones who can deal with this.

    No you can't.

    You have never been able to buy xbox live with your account money.

    It has to be a credit/debit card,paypal account or a xbox live subscription card.

    If you bought live then it would of been charged to your paypal account.

    I have a problem with the purchase of Xbox Live Gold

    It is because you cannot use currency in your account to pay for a subscription. The only ways you have ever been able to purchase Xbox Live Gold is with credit/debit card, Paypal or with a prepaid Gold subscription card. There has never been a way to
    use currency or points to buy Gold.
