    My Xbox live shows me offline????


    I got my Xbox one on Christmas and I have already have a 6 month Xbox live subscription... As noted I have already made an account through Xbox website and used an outlook.com email address...

    Sadly, my profile is shown to my friends as being offline, however I am able to play with random people on my Xbox live account. I have already checked my profile to show players that I am online, but it refuses to make me be seen. What am I missing????

    Hello support team,

    I have a problem. I bought a xbox live gold prepaid card on amazon.com and reedem it on my xbox one. A message appears wich shows me that I am an owner of a xbox live gold abonement. But when I wanted to play games online it shows that i need xbox live gold
    although i bought it and when i open my account information it also shows me that i have xbox live gold. Please solve the problem as far as you can.

    Xbox live issue

    My xbox is connecting to xbox live but every time I sign into my account it disconnects me from xbox live and a code shows up (80151014) asking me to test my connection and when I do it signs me out and reconnects to xbox live

    How do I appear OFFLINE at sign in?

    Before you login, go to settings and Network, and go offline. Then log in to your profile, go to friends, my profile, show offline. Then go back to settings and Network, go online, then "connect to xbox live" on the main screen.

    If the restart didnt fix your probelm try toggling appearing offline

    my friends list but now it will show everyone offline and wont let me hear them this is the second time this has happened and i just hope microsoft can fix this and my friends list not showing problem
