My xbox live saids it will run out 1 month early

I purchased a pre paid card which is for Xbox live gold only on the 13th of march which is 3 months and i entered the code for it before my Xbox game pass ultimate ran out (about 6 days before it ran out) then i checked my Xbox live gold expire date on
my Xbox live gold after the ultimate pass ran out and its said expires on the 13 of may which is only 2 months after i entered a 3 months code.... HELP

i payed for a code to get 12 months xbox live it worked it said i have gold for 12 months but my live has ran out more than 11 months early? anyone know why?

I just bought and redeemed my prepaid that I bought from my local Target store,still have the receipt for said card

my three months originally ended on the 7th of this month but I redeemed my 3 month gold for live on the 1/3/2014 an inputted the code to renew my xbox live...and it said the code went through but now I am without gold an hour early before midnight .

my xbox one live account has ran out early it did say to update my billing adress but i deleted them and it is still not letting me on

NOTE: I payed for xbox live 1 monthe before this happened and i payed for 1 year

Well that's [mod removed], I paid for 12months xbox live not ultimate rip off pass.

This should be clearly displayed somewhere when your renewing.
