Hello I have a problem with the deposit of my points of xbox live rewards tells me that my billing information is not correct and I have verified it and everything is in order I do not understand why I do not deposit my points, I have been dealing with this problem since 4 or 5 months ago could you please fix the problem and deposit my points thanks

Xbox Rewards did not deposit to Microsoft Rewards Balanced even though it says deposited

Hi there, when does the xbox rewards points show up in my microsoft reward balance? On 12/28/16, in my xbox live rewards dashboard I see that the rewards were deposited "Rewards Deposited - 30,000 Credits" but I can't figure where they were deposited to?
Can you help?

don't hold your breath mine haven't deposited in over 12 months despite having spent nearly £2000 pounds building up 116,000 credits and a 5 star VIP status

They don't fix it and give generic responses and use a 3rd party company to manage the program

For over two years for me I have been having that error and all they can say is that they are working on it.

I realty doubt after that long of time that anyone is really working on it.

Yeah they aren't working on anything. I've posted here 4 times over an 18 month period and contacted support directly 3 times, always get the "other team is working on it" crap - it's a con. I've spent £1300 since 09/15 and have 177,000 waiting to be deposited.
Like I said, a con.

Said to them I won't be buying anything on Xbox until I get my money (have a PS4 and PC too) - and I don't intend to, I suggest others do the same if possible, this crap can't be allowed to fly. In fact I'm thinking of contacting the ASA in the UK and see
if there's anything that can be done about this.

Well I did in fact just contact the ASA, this is false advertising. I suggest other people do the same or contact the relevant Advertising regulator in their own country.

Same, I have 5,000 credits but they weren't automatically converted to be deposited in my account on the 15th.

yep i'm in the same boat since October haven't gotten anything back and i've posted 3 or 4 times and never got a reply they seem to be evading the questions only once in a blue moon do i see them reply to someone with the same issue. unfortunately like the
other guy said i don't see them doing anything any time soon might as well as kiss them points away.....

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is
