My xbox live rewards profile status indicates "information needed".

It says that some of the information you have on file seems incorrect. I checked and everything seems correct to me. So what is incorrect ?

Many people are reporting it's down in some areas. My xbox connects to the internet, when I run the test it comes up with 22.1 Mbps, but can't sign into a profile. I'm on my PC right now connected to the internet. Tried the hard boot, tried to make a new profile, but it says can't connect to services. Like I said, it's not down everywhere, thanks for understanding the post, also say what region your in please, otherwise you provide no useful information.

We are currently investigating why some users are being flagged for this notification. Can you click on your avatar in the upper right corner of this page, and select Xbox Settings from the drop down menu? If you click on your contact preferences, do you
see your Microsoft Account email listed there, or a different email?
