    My xbox live rewards pooints wont show up


    My xbox live rewards wont show up and I have been a part of it since 2014. I am sure that I must have points because I have done lots of things in the xbox community such as purchasing games directly online from Microsoft store, in gme purchases, achievements,
    etc. I was sent here by someone I spoke to in the support team hope I can be assisted further.

    i need help in xbox live rewards system it wont show my order history and i wont show that i have ordered something off of it my rewards points have deducted but nothing else
