hi guys I'm having issues seeing my points since I got an xbox one is there any reason this is happening if not could you guys check if I have received any points for playing my games much appreciated

i tried to buy xbox live for 7000 points on xbox rewards and it took my points and i didnt get my reward

Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We see that many of your recent purchases are either pre-orders, consumables, or subscriptions, which are not eligible for MyVIP payback. While some of your consumable purchases were eligible for FREEdom Rewards, and did complete one of those offers, your
other purchases did not complete any offers. For reference, you can see a complete statement of your Credit activity on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?
