My xbox live rewards points are just pending?

So i have 61,300 rewards points just pending. Usually there is a request early deposit button but its gone. How long am I going to have to wait before they are deposited? It has been at least 2 weeks where I have over 5000 points pending.

Xbox Live Rewards

I put in a deposit request for my Xbox Live Rewards points (a few weeks ago) and it hasn't been accepted yet therefore I can't spend my points. This is an issue because Xbox Live Rewards ends tomorrow. Can anything be done to speed this up because there
are less than 12 hours till it changes.

Few other questions.

Is the name just changing? Meaning same rewards?

Will my current points roll over?

Missing Live Subscription & Rewards Points

So I used my Bing rewards points to purchase a Xbox Live Gold subscription . I haven't received the subscription and my rewards points are still missing. Help

Since it's been 2 weeks, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 15th.

Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have
at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

The points will be added into your account every 15th or 30th of each month when it reach 100 pending point

You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards
