    My Xbox Live Rewards Page Is Blank


    Recently my xbox live rewards stars were under construction due to a promotion running and said it would be done by March 6th. I've returned today and everything has been wiped. I had credits waiting to deposit, I had over 140,000 lifetime rewards and a
    consistent three stars. Out of no where it's all gone. Any help on this ?

    I have joined Xbox Live Rewards, why haven't I received a confirmation letter?

    I just checked that the date of becoming a member of my reward inside the XBOX Live Reward website is still blank.

    I wish you would fix the blank pages on Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong. It would be nice to play the daily games and do the events. It has been going on for days now.

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We see that your VIP Boost offer was completed successfully, and you have been promoted to the four star rank. However, since you are currently seeing yesterday's data, this may not yet be visible on the webpage. When the page is refreshed with current data,
    you should see this extra star.

    When you sign into the rewards page do you get a message that your account is still being set up, or does it actually let you look through the site? If you're not getting a message about your account, then you're signed up.
    I just checked that the date of becoming a member of my reward inside the XBOX Live Reward website is still blank.

    My "Thanks for Sharing" Microsoft Rewards email doesn't work.

    Microsoft rewards is separate from Xbox Live Rewards. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards and therefore the staff here are unable to assist you. You will want to reach out to Microsoft rewards. You can contact them on the redemption page, near the bottom
    of the page.
