    My Xbox live rewards do not seem to be updating and have not for a long time now


    for some period of time now, my Xbox reward statement has not changed even though I am very active on my Xbox and my Xbox live is renewed regularly. Is this an issue with something I am doing wrong or is it do do with Xbox?

    Hello,

    I'm asking for help with regards to my xbox live rewards. I have made a large amount of purchases in the last six months on the microsoft store, but my vip star rank has hardly been affected by it. It seems to be moving up at an alarmingly small rate.
    I should be at another rank by now with the amount of purchases I've made. I also seem to not be getting as much credits as I should. I really enjoy the xbox live rewards program and I have been using it for quite some time now. Although, it seems to not have been
    updating my progress correctly for a long time. I ask that you please help me with this matter.

    I have joined xbox live rewards for a long time but now I realized my credits/deposits cannot go through according to the website. I have purchased a new xbox one S and want to receive the 50k point bonus but do not know how to redeem it now.

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account. keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level
    in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    I think it was a problem from the dashboard update but everything seems to be displaying properly now as long as I'm connected to Live at all times.

    The date you join rewards is indeed how long you have been a rewards member.

    Now for live, only gold periods show as part of being a live member.

    After this last update I am having issues when trying to connect to xbox live both of my consoles even each is sign in with different profiles. I do have 4 xbox live accounts from a converted family plan and seems connecting both xbox 360 at the same time
    to xbox live is not working out now, strange since prior to the most recent update I did not have this problem. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

    The update is live but it caused me to have to do a hard reboot on my console. It seems to be installing fine now.
