my Xbox live rewards account isent detecting that im renewing my gold. reference code: ...

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. If you are missing credits for renewals before that date, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check for those.

i have the same problem as above. no points for renewing, or for playing games with gold. i have gold since 5 years back

For the 3,000 credits, per the FAQ for the Rewards program:

— When will I get my Rewards Credits?

A. Rewards Credits will automatically be converted into your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until
a quantity of 5,000 is reached.

Im having the exact same error. Cant login from my primary XBL account (Supanaut) but can login from this one (which is attached to my Family Gold account)? Frustrating as I need to contact the rewards team as I renewed my Gold Family and never received
the reward points :/
