    My Xbox live rewards says I have 13,500 points, so I should have about 20 dollars but I have never seen this money in my account.

    Not getting my 1 month xbox game pass after paying for it with 6800 reward points and its over 24 hr

    hello! I paid 6,800 rewards points for a (1 month xbox game pass) and after 24 hours i still havent recieved it and i also have not got an email confirming my purchase for the points spent BUT the points are gone from my account now please help

    my xbox rewards got reset

    i cheque the rewards every day and today i noticed that my Xbox live rewards account has been reset. i had earned 1700 points and now there all gone

    If the rewards site shows they have been deposited, double check your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows the deposits there. If you still need assistance, you will want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    Havent got my reward points

    The first purchase would have been the first purchase you made on xbox live... ever. Not the first purchase after joining the rewards program.

    If you need more clarification, you can post at the link and the rewards support staff will help you out.

    I Havent Received My Xbox Live Reward Points

    Usually points are added to the account on or around the 15th of the month once they have reached over 100 points.

    You can check billing.microsoft.com to see if they were added and you didn't notice.

    However, if you haven't seen them automatically added then you should post in the link below to get more help.
