my xbox live re fund

I cancelled my xbox live and changed it to Canada from the uk but I never got my money back I think this is awful customer service , im thinking of going to playstation im that mad that I had to contact xbox to get my money back

You don't even know why the outage occured? Calm down buddy.

It was three hours or so. I'm sure Xbox will compensate you the $0.02, or whatever that works out to be.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, but Phone Support is the only group that can issue refunds. You'd have to give them a call. You can follow this like and request a call back.

I want 3 months worth of 3 xbox gold, Im so mad that I didn't get my money back and i had to waste over a hour of my time to sort this problem out , im so mad im thinking of going to playstation

 

As Mistress Sara advised, nobody here in the forums has the power to do anything regarding refunds or other such billing issues. You'll need to contact Xbox Customer Support. If you're in Canada, then you can contact them by phone at 1-800-469-9269 (1-800-4-MY-XBOX),
from 6am - 1am PST, 7 days a week.

 

When you migrate regions, it migrates the Gold with it. So your Gold is still applied which we can clearly see here.
