My Xbox live purchases are not syncing with Fortnite

I just paid $20 for Fortnite V Bucks through Xbox Live, and they are not loading into the game. I keep getting an error when loading Fortnite "Xbox Live Purchase Check Failure". Please help!

Didn't recieve my purchase for 1000 vbucks on fortnite

I was trying to contact epic games about my purchase for a while now but I did not receive a clear answer, I bought Vbucks from the Microsoft store and my Xbox account is linked with my PC account but I did not receive the Vbucks. Is there a way to contact
epic games to show proof of my purchase so that I can get help with receiving it? I do not have fortnite on an Xbox so I do not know if I need to have fortnite on the Xbox for the purchase to transfer.

Fortnite Skin Transfer to PC

So here’s my issue, currently if I purchase a skin on Fortnite (Xbox) I can not transfer it to my PC. If I was to purchase a skin on PlayStation I could transfer it to PC because Sony is smart enough to make in game transactions carry to other consoles.
I feel like Microsoft being as greedy as they are has really shot themselves in the foot because now I do not want to purchase anything on Fortnite through Xbox knowing that it won’t transfer to my PC. No one wants to buy an Xbox over PlayStation anymore because
they cant transfer their Fortnite purcheses over to PC.

This morning I had literally the same issue except i lost 60$. I hope Epic Games gives us our money back!

anything for fortnite in the windows store is for the xbox console version only, to sync it with epic would need to log into an xbox and open fortnite.

anything you want to purchase for fortnite on pc has to be through the epic store or in game as microsoft has nothing to do with fortnite on pc.

if you purchase them via microsoft store then you need to sign into an xbox console and load fortnite for them to sync across to epic, to purchase for fortnite on pc it has to be done via the epic store or in game.

buying on microsoft store is for console only.

if you play on xbox then they should arrive, if your on pc, then you need to start fortnite on an xbox console so they will sync to your epic account, if you don't have a console then start fortnite on xcloud as it is free to use for that game and it will sync, if you are on pc then all future purchases should be done via epic store or in game.
