    Hi guys how are you??

    i changed my gamertag area from usa to JAPAN To download Metal Gear Solid Ground Zero..before i change it..i have put 20$ in my account and i checked it was there..but when i change it..i didnt find it...any help please??!!

    Xbox points are gone

    Check commerce.microsoft.com to see what was purchased on your account. Beyond that, any billing issues must be handled by contacting phone support for your region.

    So you migrated the region of your profile completely?

    It does say on that page that currency does NOT get migrated with you, so that would be the reason it is now gone.
