Go to Settings. > Network. > Network Settings. > Advanced Settings. > Alternate MAC Address. > Select the Clear button. > Allow the console to restart. Afterwards try launching fortnite again.

I have just done the same mate! Paid £14.99! Put the code in which it accepted by saying I’m now a gold user! But when I go to play online it just tells me to sign up to gold again!

deleting your profile

"uninstalling, and reinstalling the update

"power cycling the modem/router

"disconnecting and reconnecting your access

delete partially the system update by doing the following:

- step 1- go to settings on the xbox dashbroad

step 2- press on storage

step3- leave the high lighter on harddrive

step4-press LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X
