I bought and signed up for the year membership in January, now I've tried to play online and it's saying that I have to get Xbox live when i should already have it. This isn't making really any sense to me because it hasn't been a year.

I purchased an Xbox gold membership and it charged my account twice and the membership isn't working

I had to renew my Xbox live gold subscription and I was charged twice and my membership isn't even working.

Xbox Live Gold Membership isn't working.

So Ive been a Xbox live gold member for 3 years. My Gold just ran out on February 23 and I went to enter a 14 day trial on March 2 and it's not working, Saying I still have gold. I can't play multiplayer or sent part invites because it's telling me
I don't have gold I went to enter the 14 day trial and it tells me I do have gold. I have no idea what to do if you can resolve my problem I would be really thankful

-You can visit https://account.microsoft.com/services/ to double-check that the account you expect to have Xbox Live Gold still has the service listed as active.

-Also, make sure that the account with Xbox Live Gold is still signed into the console.

-Try a power cycle of your console. For instructions: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

-Try removing and then re-adding your profile from the Xbox (note that you'll need to know the email and password for your account to do this). For instructions: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

If none of the above solve your issue or if you have further questions about your Xbox Live Gold status, I'd recommend contacting Official Xbox Support at the following link: Contact Us | Xbox Support

Xbox live Gold Membership isn't a contract, I didn't sign paper work for it and it isn't a creditor they don't run a credit company.

when i try to connect : your xbox live membership information isn't valid. Usa a profil with a valid membership or download your profile fron xbox live... that is the error message ! but !!!!!!!!!!!

When I try to change my account to home Xbox it says "you can have one home Xbox at a time" does this mean somebody is using my account. Please help it is really annoying because my Xbox live membership isn't working properly.

This didn't help at all... My account is in my hardrive, so I don't need to download it...and to chance my Windows live ID I need to get my account connected to xbox live, but when I do that my console says "Your Xbox Live membership information isn't valid.
Use profile with a valid membership or download your profile from Xbox Live"... so can I chance my windows live ID in the internet or what should I do?
