My xbox live membership have been cancelled

hello i need help my name is gabriel.

i woke up this murning and tried to log in to my xbox one, but i could not play online or be in a group. I then checked my emails to realise that xbox sended me a message this morning saying that my membership ended today. I looked up on this forum with
my real account and i could not post anything because i was apparently banned because i cheated.

my membership is supposed to end in November 2015

my gamertag is : stiches 7s

How to Turn off auto renewal or cancel Xbox LIVE membership

How to turn off auto renewal

It is recommended that you cancel your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership using the option of turning off automatic renewal. If auto renewal is "off", your membership will expire at the end of its current term.

Steps to follow:

1) If you are not already signed in, click Sign In at the upper right hand corner and sign in using your Microsoft account.

2) Proceed to My Account.

3) Click Change next to automatic renewal. Change the setting to OFF

You will be able to continue enjoying all the benefits of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership until your paid membership time expires.

Note:

If you want to cancel or disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership immediately, you should contact Xbox support. Use the Request a Call from Support option on the official Xbox Contact Us page. Your account cannot be canceled through chat or email.

If you disable your account immediately, you will lose the time remaining on your membership subscription.

If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and you want to cancel before the end of the 2 years, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and other applicable taxes. Once the two-year agreement period is over, your account will not be renewed automatically.

You can cancel the 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract using the option of self-cancel your subscription on Xbox.com

Changing Xbox Live Region.

Just asking, if I changing my Xbox Live region, will it cancelled my Xbox Live Gold membership?

If you have a notification that says you are banned, you would need to post in the following forum section. The PET can tell you more information about your ban.

When you are banned on the service, your account is also banned from using the forums. You would need to wait for the ban to lift before being able to post on your main account.

In regards to your membership ending, is this I assume, on the same account that has been banned?

Please follow through with the advice in my previous post. The only conclusion I can come to regards the cancellation of your membership, is if you have received a permanent ban (to the year 9999). This sort of ban forfeits your membership as well as anything
else tied to your account such as gamerscore ect.. that's one possibility.

If you are not perma banned and you are sure your membership is not over until November this year, then you would need to contact phone support and ask to speak to the billing team. They will be able to identify why your membership was cancelled.

Well I'm just concerned about my consecutive years as an Xbox LIVE Gold member. I already have everything else but this settled. Because when I renewed my membership, it canceled my old membership that wasn't being paid for at the time. (Hence, why I renewed
my membership in the first place.) So it canceled my old membership and created a new Gold membership to take it's place. Since it canceled my old one, will this stop my consecutive year(s) as an Xbox LIVE Gold Member?
