My Xbox live length of time does not increase.

Hello friends,

I been a xbox live user since Febraury 28th 2013. I have payed all years succesfully and played multiplayer games all years since then. Nevertheless, I checked this week my xbox live length time and I saw that is still in 5 years instead of 6. Have I made
something bad? Why does not increase that year up?

Hi there,

sometimes there is a delay before the years change, I wouldn't worry about it a lot.

It usually just takes time and will show the new value at some point.

So my advise would be to just wait for now, if it isn't showing a couple of weeks then there might be something else going on.

One more question actually. Does having an external hard drive attached increase boot time length?

Not necessarily automatically, just if someone reports it. The length of time can increase too.

Suspension length can vary based on the severity of the situations as well as any prior enforcement actions. So they do increase the length of time the more suspensions you receive.
